Shipping and Returns

Here's the big deal! VERY PLANE CLOTHES makes every piece to order and on demand. We print the fabric first, cut and sew, package your order with great care, then ship you your order. Since each piece is custom made, we ask that you allow 2-6 weeks for production.

For International Orders, delivery time varies by shipping method and order location.

Please be aware, for all international orders, there may be an additional importer tax charged by certain countries when the order is shipped through customs. VERY PLANE CLOTHES is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. VERY PLANE CLOTHES is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items. If you contact customer service we may be able to remake them or issue you gift card.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, and the status of the order on your account page.

For Delivery : Shipping is FREE for orders $150 or more. These offers will be automatically applied at checkout.

Returns and Refund Policy

Quality Promise: At VERY PLANE CLOTHES, we take quality very seriously. If you don't love your order, you have up to 30 days to submit your return (see instructions below).

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a gift card code, that covers the full cost of the item.

Refunds: Because everything we make at Very Plane Clothes is custom made on demand, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.

Credit Card Chargebacks: We have to pay an additional fee on every chargeback. For this reason, we ask that if you have an issue to contact us directly before issuing a chargeback or to cancel your chargeback and work with us on the issue. If the charge back is not cancelled in exchange for a refund we will add the cost of the chargeback to any future orders you place.

Undeliverable Packages

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Print All Over Me returns the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
